What we do
You send one short request with the job, your ZIP code and your phone number. We pass it to one independent local tree company, which contacts you about a quote. Hiring them is up to you, and any agreement is between you and that company.
We aren't a tree company or a contractor, and we don't do tree work ourselves.
Where we are today
Oakstone is new. We haven't signed a partner company yet, so we can't promise that a company will contact you after you send a request. If your job is urgent, also call a tree company directly.
Who runs it
We run this site from outside the United States, and we don't have a Chattanooga office. We say so because you should know who you're dealing with before you share your number.
How we make money
A tree company may pay us for referring a request to it. You never pay us anything.
What we check, and what we don't
- We don't inspect, license or guarantee any company. Before work starts, ask the company for proof of insurance and a written price.
- We don't publish reviews, ratings or claims about companies that we haven't checked.
- Our cost figures and guides list their sources, and each guide shows the date we last checked it.
- The photos on this site show crews working elsewhere and are used for illustration. They don't show a company we refer requests to.
